Bener Meriah (SJN) – Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Bener Meriah telah menetapkan besaran zakat fitrah tahun 1447 H/ 2026 M.
Penetapan besaran zakat fitrah tersebut diputuskan dalam musyawarah bersama Pemerintah Kabupaten Bener Meriah, Majelis Permusyawaratan Ulama (MPU) Bener Meriah, para Kepala Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA), Ketua Mahkamah Syariyah, Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian serta unsur Ormas keagamaan yang berlangsung di aula Kantor Kemenag Bener Meriah, Kamis, 5 Maret 2026.
Berdasarkan hasil musyawarah tersebut diputuskan bahwa zakat fitrah jika dibayarkan dalam bentuk uang setara dengan 3,8 Kg beras. Sedangkan nominal yang harus dibayar disesuaikan dengan kualitas beras yang dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat. Untuk beras kualitas 1 maka nominal zakatnya sebesar Rp.61.000. Kemudian kualitas beras 2 sebesar Rp.57.000 dan kualitas beras 3 sebesar Rp.53.000.
Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Kepala Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Bener Meriah, Riadiyansyah SE mengatakan, penentuan zakat fitrah merupakan kewajiban yang harus dilaksanakan oleh umat Islam setiap menjelang Hari Raya Idul Fitri.
“Kami berharap musyawarah ini dapat menghasilkan kesepakatan bersama yang mempertimbangkan kondisi dan kebutuhan pokok masyarakat,” ungkapnya.
Sementara itu, Asisten 1 Setdakab Bener Meriah, Khairmansyah SIP MSc berharap keputusan ini dapat menjadi acuan warga Bener Meriah dalam membayar zakat pada tahun ini.
“Musyawarah ini merupakan kesepakatan bersama yang dapat menjadi dasar penetapan besaran zakat fitrah bagi masyarakat Kabupaten Bener Meriah,” ujarnya.
Di sisi lainnya, Ketua MPU Bener Meriah, Abdurrahman Lamno SSy menjelaskan, zakat fitrah merupakan kewajiban bagi setiap muslim yang mampu.
Dalam mazhab Syafi’i, menurut Abdurrahman, zakat fitrah dikeluarkan sesuai dengan makanan pokok yang dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat setempat.
“Sementara dalam mazhab Hanafi, zakat fitrah juga diperbolehkan dikeluarkan dalam bentuk nilai atau harga dari bahan makanan seperti kurma kering dan gandum,” kata Abdurrahman.
Ia juga menyoroti adanya perbedaan penetapan nilai zakat fitrah antar daerah yang sering terjadi karena perbedaan harga bahan pokok, khususnya beras.
“Dalam tradisi masyarakat setempat, ukuran zakat fitrah yang biasa digunakan adalah satu bambu setengah ditambah satu genggam, namun setelah dihitung kembali masih terdapat kekurangan sekitar satu muk susu,” ungkapnya.
Selain zakat fitrah, dalam musyawarah tersebut juga ditetapkan besaran fidyah sebesar 0,6 Kg setiap hari/jiwa serta disalurkan di lingkungan tempat tinggal yang bersangkutan.(H***).
